2014 Student
Research Grant Competition


The Northwest Scientific Association is awarding grants of up to $1,500 to support student

research in the pure and applied sciences conducted in the Pacific Northwest. We encourage all 

graduate and undergraduate students engaged in research to apply


 Applicants must be student members of NWSA*. 

Proposals will be evaluated based on the applicant's research question, study design,

quality of the science and its potential contribution, and quality of the presentation.


The deadline for all proposals is midnight, February 4, 2014.
