EARLY REGISTRATION FEES (through March 13, 2016)

Full Registration:

  Covers evening social & business luncheon, welcome/keynote, all concurrent technical sessions, poster 

    session, and workshop.

           $ 120.00 - Regular Rate

           $   50.00 - 2016 Student NWSA Member Rate

                               you must be enrolled as a student and be a student member of NWSA for 2016

           $   75.00 - Student (non-NWSA member) Rate

 

Day Registration:

            $ 70.00 - Thursday March 24th

                            Covers the Thursday welcome, keynote address, poster session, & concurrent technical

                               sessions.

            $ 70.00 - Friday March 25th

                            Covers the Friday concurrent technical sessions.  The NWSA Business Lunch

                              is free to NWSA members & those interested in the Association.

   

Optional, Additional Conference Costs:

   NOTE: Banquet capacity is full and reservations are not being accepted!  

                $ 30.00 - Banquet (full meal, entertainment, and a no-host bar)

NOTE: Lunch must be purchased on/before March 22nd    $ 10.00 - Field Trip Lunch

 

LATE REGISTRATION COSTS  (on-line March 14-25; at the door March 23-25)

            $ 130.00 - Member/Non-Member, Full-Conference Rate

            $   75.00 - Student Member/Non-Member, Full Conference Rate

            $   75.00 - Member/Non-Member, Day (Thursday or Friday) Conference Rate

 

PAYMENT can be made by one of three ways:

  • PREFERRED METHOD: Register on-line and securely pay using PayPal (see registration button below).
  • Check:  Print and complete the 2016 Registration Form, and attached check. 
  • Visa/MasterCard and NOT using PayPal: Register on the phone by calling Nancy Grunewald, NWSA Managing Editor, 509-335-5817.  Print and have available the 2016 Registration Form.
