Exploring the Dimensions of Restoring Fire Resilient Landscapes,

Culture, & Economies on the Cascade Range's Eastside.

 

In cooperation with: Oregon State University-Cascades, Central Oregon Community College,

U.S. Forest Service, Bureau of Land Management, Central Oregon Fire Management Services,

& Northwest Lichenologists.


 Our Special Sessions include:

  • Fire Symposium (organized by COFSS)
  • Historical and Pre-Historical Ecosystem Baselines (organized by Dan Gavin)
  • Convergence of Arts, Humanities, and Ecology in the Inspiring Wildlands of the Northwest              (organized by Fred Swanson)
  • Lichen & Bryophyte Ecology (organized by Northwest Lichenologists)
  • Workshop: Rare, Threatened, Endangered Lichens East of the Cascades                                           (organized by Northwest Lichenologists)
